GIORD AT THE INGREDIENTS RUSSIA 2020 EXHIBITION

GIORD took part in the INGREDIENTS RUSSIA, an international exhibition of raw materials, ready-made food ingredients and mixes that was held between February 18 and 20 at the Crocus Expo exhibition complex (Moscow).

INGREDIENTS RUSSIA gave us an opportunity to meet old partners and establish new customers. Our stand attracted representatives of small and large enterprises from many Russian regions, foreign distributors and the country's leading food technology universities. There, we discussed pressing issues of the Russian food market, use of additives in various industries, requirements of modern consumers and terms of cooperation.

While lively negotiations on supplies and new inventions were held, the stands of the GIORD publishing house were also crowded. Our topical collection managed to satisfy all the professional needs of the audience, including experts in bakery, dairy and meat industry, HoReCa representatives, drinks and snacks producers. Everyone managed to find a title of relevance.
