Payment

After you send an order by e-mail giord@giord.ruor through the application form, our manager will contact you and issue an invoice.

When placing an order through the GIORD webstore, you can pay online with a bank card or get a Sberbank receipt (or an invoice for legal entities), which will be available in your Personal Account.

Delivery

We hire transport companies to deliver the orders. Depending on the terms of the agreement, the cost of delivery is either included in the total order amount or paid by the buyer separately.

Our products are delivered throughout Russia, CIS and other countries:

  • We will calculate the cost and delivery time;
  • The products can be packed according to your preferences;
  • Shipping documents are attached to the delivered products;
  • The location of cargo can be tracked during transit.

In Saint Petersburg, orders for more than RUB 16,000 are delivered within the Ring Road free of charge, if prepaid by invoice/receipt or online in the GIORD webstore. 

Pickup is also available in Saint Petersburg. You can collect the ordered goods from our warehouse located at bldg. 207b, Obvodny Canal emb., after being notified that your order is ready.

Goods are shipped within 5 (five) business days from the date of payment receipt.

ORDER AND PAYMENT IN THE GIORD WEBSTORE


Ordering Options in the GIORD Webstore

1. To purchase goods in the GIORD webstore, add them to your cart and proceed to ordering.


2. Specify the payer type and select your city/town from the list. Click Next.


3. Select the payment method: cash (only for pickup in Saint Petersburg), bank card, invoice or Sberbank receipt.


4. You can pay online with bank cards issued by Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide, JCB International payment systems or the Russian national Mir payment system.


5. Fill in the contacts.


6. Check the content of your order and tick the box indicating your consent to the processing of your personal data.


7. Click Place an Order. You will be notified that your order has been received, and you will be able to pay online, if you chose bank card payment in step 4. Attention! Some items may be in limited supply, so an additional availability check will be required. In this case, you will receive another notification and online payment will become available only after the manager confirms the availability of the necessary goods. Also, if you chose to include delivery in the invoice, you will need to agree on its cost before paying online.


8. To pay online, click Pay. You will be redirected to the payment page. You will then see the payment page, where you need to fill in all the necessary information as per instructions.


9. To make a payment, click Pay. Attention! You have 20 minutes to pay here. If you want to pay later, you will need to go to the Order Status tab in your Personal Account.


10. After the transaction is completed, you will receive a corresponding notification about the change in the order status. Further status changes will be displayed on the Order Status tab in your Personal Account. You will also receive notifications about the order being ready, shipped and received at the e-mail that you provided us with.

Goods are shipped within 5 (five) business days from the date of payment receipt. 


If your bank supports secure online payments via Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, you may be redirected to your bank's page to confirm the payment.


Your bank card data are transmitted in encrypted form only (256-bit encryption is used) and are not stored on the GIORD webstore server.


Bank card payments are made in accordance with the requirements of payment systems.


Order Statuses

Changes in the status of payment and delivery of orders placed through the GIORD webstore are displayed on the Order Status tab in your Personal Account. You will also receive notifications to the e-mail address that you provided us with.


Payment Options for Individuals

There are several payment options for individuals.

1. Cash Payment
Cash payment is possible only if you choose pickup at bldg. 207b, Obvodny Canal emb., Saint Petersburg. You will be notified, when the order is ready.

2. Payment by Money Transfer via Sberbank
You can pay for your order at any branch of Sberbank using a receipt that will be generated automatically after the order is confirmed. A service fee may be collected for the money transfer. The money transfer can take up to 10 days. You can also pay through Sberbank ATMs or Sberbank Online app. To do this, use the details specified in the receipt.

3. Online Payment with a Bank Card
Individuals can take advantage of a fast and convenient online payment with a bank card. You can pay online with bank cards issued by Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide, JCB International payment systems or the Russian national Mir payment system.

Payment Options for Legal Entities


Legal entities should pay by invoice issued by GIORD Trading House.

When an order is placed, an invoice will be generated, which can be printed immediately or from the Order Status tab in your Personal Account (click Pay).

We recommend to pay the invoice within 5 banking days.


Order Cancellation, Return and Exchange of Goods


To cancel an order, go to the Current Orders tab in your Personal Account. Find the order that you would like to cancel and click Cancel Order in the lower right corner of the corresponding field.


If the order was paid online with a bank card, the payment will be refunded to the bank card that you used for the payment according to the previously specified details. Cash refunds are not possible. To refund the payment, call us +7 (812) 449-92-20 (multichannel) or write to giord@giord.ru.


Goods purchased in the GIORD webstore cannot be exchanged or returned.

Problems When Paying by Card


If you have any problems with online payment in the GIORD webstore, please call the webstore support service: +7 (812) 449-92-20 (multichannel). The support service works 09:00 till 18:00 on working days. You can also describe the problem in an e-mail to giord@giord.ru. Your e-mail will be processed during the support working hours.


Personal Data Processing Procedure During Online Payment


Your personal data (full name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail, bank card details) is confidential.

Your bank card data (number, expiration date, card holder, CVC2/CVV2) is transmitted only in encrypted form (256-bit encryption is used) and is not stored on the GIORD webstore server.
