Certificates and Diplomas

The GIORD production complex is HACCP certified. This means that the quality and safety of both raw materials and finished products are continuously monitored at all stages of the production of mixes and ingredients. An internal HACCP system ensures the compliance with international standards for food products.

GIORD constantly takes part in industry exhibitions and professional competitions. In 2003, the GLURINAT taste and flavor enhancer became the Golden Ingredient competition award winner. In 2017, the VALERY-MIX ice cream mix received a gold medal at the Best Product competition.

In 2015, GIORD took part in the PIR EXPO exhibition for the first time. In 2017, GIORD stands were present at the 20th PIR EXPO and the 20th INGREDIENTS RUSSIA, the International Exhibition of Food Ingredients.

In 2018, GIORD participated in two PRODEXPO and PIR EXPO exhibitions. These are key events in the Russian food production and catering industry. For us, participation in such exhibitions is an important business process.

In 2019, GIORD first became an exhibitor at Modern Bakery Moscow Trade Fair. In 2020, GIORD's inventions were presented at the 23rd INGREDIENTS RUSSIA, the international exhibition of raw materials, ready-made food ingredients and mixes.
