Liège Waffle Mixes

Liège waffles are a traditional Belgian delicacy that has been known since the 18th century. They are round and crunchy, with caramelized sugar lumps inside. Their distinctive feature is the so-called pearl sugar. Because of it, Liège waffles are distinguished by their unique caramel crust. To make Liège waffles more diverse, various toppings can be added, like syrups, pieces of fruits or ice cream.

In addition to the pearl sugar, Liège waffles differ from classic Belgian waffles due to their thicker and sweeter dough, which defines their round shape with uneven edges.

Our mix contains all the needed ingredients. Just add water and vegetable oil to make Liège waffles.

Making Liège Waffles Is Easy!
Add 350-400 g of water and 200 g of vegetable oil to 1 kg of the mix. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes. Baking temperature and time depend on your equipment.
