Macarons are famous French pastries made from egg whites, sugar powder, granulated sugar, ground almonds and food colorings.

Usually they consist of two halves, and the variety of flavors is determined by the different fillings that hold the halves together.

Our mix contains all the needed ingredients. Just add water (t > 60°С) to make macarons.

Making Macarons Is Easy!
Add 200 g of water (t>60°C) to 1 kg of the macaron mix and beat up for 4 minutes. Place the products in macaron baking cups and leave for 30 minutes, until a hard crust forms. Bake at 150°C for 23-25 ​​minutes with the fan off. To color and flavor the dough (if necessary), we recommend adding dry food colorings (pigments) and flavorings in accordance with a specific recipe directly into the water before beating the mixture up.
