Panna cotta is a popular Italian dessert made of cream, vanilla and sugar with some other ingredients. It is served in many Italian cafés and restaurants, but similar desserts can be found in other cuisines (Finnish, French or Greek). The traditional dessert is white, but various products of almost any color can be added.

In the classic version, a mixture of dairy cream, vanilla and sugar is heated and boiled over a low heat for about 15 minutes, then cooled. Panna cotta is served in bowls or glasses or on dessert plates with pieces of fresh fruits or berries and sauces.

It is convenient to make panna cotta from the mix in cafés and restaurants, as well as in catering services. It can be both an independent dessert and a component, for example, a layer in pastries and cakes.

Making Panna Cotta Is Easy!
Mix 1 kg of dry mix with 2.75 kg of milk warmed up to 45-50°C until the mixture becomes smooth. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Pour the resulting mixture into portioned glasses or bowls and cool for 1 hour at +2°...+6°ะก.
