Fried Ice Cream Mixes

Fried ice cream is a delicious frozen dessert that appeared in Thailand and became known to many other countries. It has recently become popular in Russia. Unlike soft ice cream made in a freezer, it is made by hand in front of the customer. It's also called rolled ice cream.

Ice cream is made by pouring the mixture onto a cold steel surface of a special frying freezer. The surface temperature is usually between -15°C and -22°C, but can vary from -10°C to -35°C depending on the settings and ambient temperature. Stir the mixture with a metal spatula for several minutes, until it freezes as required, distribute it evenly over the surface and make rolls. Then place the rolls in a bowl and decorate them with whipped cream, toppings and fresh fruits.

Making Fried Ice Cream Is Easy!
Add 2.5-3 liters of water or milk to 1 kg of dry mix, stir until the mixture becomes smooth and leave for at least 15 minutes. Put 60-100 g of the resulting mixture onto the freezer cooling surface and stir constantly with a metal spatula for no more than 2 minutes. Then distribute the mixture evenly over the cooling surface and make rolls with your spatula. Place the rolls in a bowl and decorate them with toppings or fruit pieces.
